Client Advocate

The Client Advocate takes the lead in ensuring that the customer is cared for from estimate through completion. He or she coordinates the details to make the customers’ experience with Pro PainterMke exceptional by working closely with the field manager on job scheduling and monitoring progress of jobs against budget. 


Qualified candidates must have experience and skills in customer service and communication, job and office administration, and human resources..

Office Manager

Involved in all shop maintenance, inventory control, purchasing supplies and materials, and assisting delivery of material to jobs, the Office Manager reports to the supervisor and business manager, maintains contact with the foreman and represents Pro PainterMKE to customers and stores in a professional manner. 

Qualified candidates must possess experience and skills in communication and customer relationship management, inventory and maintenance, and deliveries. They must also assist in special projects as assigned by management.​

Lead Painter

Participates in all activities related to job completion and fulfillment. The Lead Painter must be able to perform all duties outlined in the “Painter” job description and attend all safety and general meetings. This position reports to the Crew Leader and Project Manager. 

Qualified candidates must have a clear understanding of job-site safety, possess knowledge of products, have the ability to document daily activities and understand contracts, and be able to efficiently manage painters and tasks involved with job completion in the event of a Crew Leader absence.


Participates in all activities related to job completion and fulfillment. The Painter reports to the Crew Leader and helps to supervise Apprentices & Trainees. 


Qualified candidates must possess have a clear understanding of job-site safety, have knowledge of products, maintain a full set of production tools, have a clear understanding of preparation procedures and perform all painting functions. Painters must also address customers’ questions and concerns while on the job-site as necessary.


Works directly with potential customers to price incoming jobs in a timely and accurate manner.


The Estimator addresses all incoming job inquiries and communicates within the organization all necessary information to complete an approved estimate. At times, the Estimator will assist the owner, supervisor and foreman as needed.


Reporting to appointed Crew Leader or Field Supervisor, Trainees work closely with the team to carry out all duties in a professional manner and within the time-frame prescribed by their supervisors. Trainees help Painters and Crew Leader with various tasks throughout the day including: daily job set-up and jobsite maintenance, painting preparation - sanding, caulking, sealing, painting with brushes and rollers, and keeping truck stocked with needed materials. 

Qualified candidates must be reliable, present a good work ethic, have high integrity and be drug free. They must also possess good technical skills in using hand and power tools.

Field Supervisor

Oversees all jobs in progress and manages crews. The Field Supervisor is also responsible for communicating between the office and the field, scheduling work, managing field hours and time cards and correcting quality control issues. ​

Qualified candidates must have a clear understanding of job site safety, knowledge of products and preparation procedures and be able to effectively interface with customers and employees.
